• Earn 1 Royal Orchid Plus mile for every 20 baht spent through AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card and will be eligible for redeeming Air Ticket Award or other benefits with THAI, when having at least 5,000 reward points.
• This privilege is reserved for spending through AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Credit Card excluding spending for PPL Loan, installment payment program, hire-purchase loan, any merchant insurance category (MCC Code 5960, 6300 9223), Investment unit purchase/mutual funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051,4829), cash advance, credit card fee, interest, other fees, tax and cancelled transaction.
• Any spending from Supplementary Card will be calculated into Primary Card Account.
• The will transfer a minimum of 5,000 bonus miles reward points to THAI within 3-7 days after card members submits the request and Thai Airways will transfer bonus miles into card member’s Royal Orchid Plus account within 30 days.

Annual Fee waive on the following year

Royal Silk Lounge Service

Access to THAI Royal Silk Lounges at Suvarnabhumi Chiang Mai and Phuket Airports offer exclusively twice a year. (Please present THAI and Thai Smile Boarding Pass, AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card and Lounge voucher for service).

Terms and Conditions:

• Card member must present a Lounge Voucher and Boarding Pass when departing with Thai Airways or Thai Smile Airway together with AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum 1 voucher / 1 time using / 1 person for primary card member only. This privilege is non-transferable.
• Card member can access to THAI Lounge at 
  • International Lounge (Concourse D and E) at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)
  • International Lounge at Chiang Mai (CNX) and Phuket (HKT) Airports.
  • Domestic Lounge at Suvarnabhumi (BKK) Chiang Mai (CNX)  and Phuket (HKT) Airports.
• Card member can use lounge facility at the maximum 2.5 hours / 1 time using excluding shower facility and any other extra services. Companion on the same flight can access lounge. For any such aforementioned service is required, card member is responsible for paying any charges in cash direct to THAI according to the policy and applicable charges of Thai Airways International PCL. (“THAI”). In case of flight irregularity/disruption may occur and card member already accessed lounge or the visit is recorded, card member cannot return to re-enter lounge.

• Access to AEON Lounge 4 times per month for primary card and 2 times per month for supplementary card *

Travel Accident Insurance

• A Travel Accident Insurance coverage of up to 31,000,000 baht per incident is provided free of charge when paying travel fare with your card at full price. The insurance also covers your spouse and children (below 23 years old) in the event of a travel-related accident.

The Insured	Cardholder of AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum issued by the Policyholder, and their family (spouse and child/children). Cardholder means the holder of a AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, issued by the Policyholder, with the card being valid and in good standing at the point of any claim. Spouse means a legally married insured spouse. and/or a person married in the policy schedule as an companion. Children means insured’s unemployed and unmarried child/children (including legally adopt child/children) is not over the age of twenty-three (23) years old and wholly dependent on the insured of the financial support.

Product	Travel Accident
Coverage Eligibility	Any Oversea and Domestic trip in which the Insured’s travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and accommodation, are charge to their AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, Issued by the Policyholder. Domestic Trip: Any holiday or journey for business or pleasure made by you from your resident to a destination in Thailand at least 100 km. from your resident during the period of cover. The period of any domestic trip may not exceed 30 consecutive days, but may be not extended if you are unable to return to your resident due to an event that is covered under the policy. You will only be covered for a domestic trip in which your travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and a minimum of two (2) nights of per-booked accommodation, are charge to the AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, Issued by the Policyholder. Oversea Trip: Any holiday or journey for business or pleasure made by you from Thailand to an overseas destination during the period of cover. The period of any overseas trip may not exceed 60 consecutive days, but may be not extended if you are unable to return to Thailand due to an event that is covered under the policy. You will only be covered for an overseas trip in which your travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and accommodation, are charge to the AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum, Issued by the Policyholder.
Activation Call	Not required. Coverage is automatic whatever you pay travel cost with AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum.
Geographical Coverage	Domestic and Overseas countries except counties which specified as “excluded counties” in the schedule of the policy.
Carrier	Means commercial airlines, cruise, train or bus that licensed from of transportation for fare-paying passenger (excluding van, taxi, motorcycle and rental car) Note- travel on low cost carrier is covered.

Earn credit back up to 36,000 baht per year,* topped up from Royal Orchid Plus Miles. (The maximum credit back is 3,000 baht/card/billing cycle)

• Earn 5% Credit back from purchase amount of 10,000 baht and up per sales slip for In flight Duty Fee shopping for international flight with Thai Airways
• Earn 3% credit back from purchase amount of 10,000 baht and up  per sales slip at all hotels in Thailand and Worldwide. (MCC Code 3501-3999 and 7011 as per VISA, Mastercard and JCB system)
• Earn 3% credit back from purchase amount of 1,500 baht and up per sales slip at all restaurants in Thailand and Worldwide. (MCC Code 5812- 5814 as per VISA, Mastercard and JCB system)
• Earn 3% Credit Back form purchase of Thai Airways or Thai Smile Ticket at Thai Airways counter or via Online channel amount of 10,000 baht and up per sale slip (Except purchase from Dealer or Agent)

*In Calculating the Hotel and Restaurant spending, The Company refers information specified in Merchant Category Code (MCC Code) as per VISA, Mastercard and JCB system by calculating from the specified MCC Code only, other MCC Code spendings are excluded from the campaign.


Credit back Conditions:

• This privilege is for AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Card member only. Card member have to maintain their credit card membership status and never have any late payments to Company  the commencing date of campaign period until the credit back receiving date.
• This privilege is reserved for spending through AEON Royal Orchid Plus Platinum Credit Card excluding spending for PPL Loan, installment payment program, hire-purchase loan, any merchant insurance category (MCC Code 5960, 6300 9223), Investment unit purchase/mutual funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchange (MCC Code 6051,4829), cash advance, credit card fee, interest, other fees, tax and cancelled transaction.
• Transactions incurred by the Supplementary Cardholder(s) shall be calculated into the Primary Cardholder Account.
• The maximum credit back is 3,000 baht/card/billing cycle (earn credit back up to 36,000 baht per year).
• The credit back amount shall be displayed in the bill within two billing cycles.
• The privilege cannot be transferred to other persons, or exchanged for cash or other products. In case there are any disputes regarding the calculation for credit back, the Cardholder(s) shall contact the company within 30 days from receipt of a bill.
• Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and other languages version, if there are any discrepancies and inconsistencies, the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
• In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
• Credit back cannot to be used in conjunction with any other promotions.
