    4. Conditions for the redemption to get discount on economy class air ticket

    4.1. Card members are required to redeem AEON Royal Orchid Plus Reward Point equal to the air ticket cost includes tax and other related expense to get the discount.

    4.2. Primary card must travel with your accompany. This privilege is for primary card member only, and non-transferable.

    4.3. Please make a reservation at least 4 hours prior to the travel date.

    4.4. Card members were offered unlimited use of privilege.

    5. The company will charge full amount of air ticket cost on the date you issue ticket from AEON TRAVEL SERVICE and will deduct AEON Royal Orchid Plus Reward Point within 7 days after the ticket booking and issuing is completed. In the case that you have insufficient AEON Royal Orchid Plus Reward Point, the company reserves the right not to provide the discount (cash back).

    6. The cash back amount shall be displayed in the statement within two billing cycles and in case of any different in the air ticket price, discount will be applied to the lower price of ticket.

    7. In the event of cancellation by either card member or airlines, AEON Royal Orchid Plus Reward Points and cash back are non-refundable.

    Term and Conditions
    1. Card member must present a Lounge Voucher and Boarding Pass when departing with Thai Airways or Thai Smile Airway together with AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard® 1 voucher / 1 time using / 1 person for primary card member only. This privilege is non-transferable.
    2. Card member can access to THAI Lounge at 
      • International Lounge (Concourse D and E) at Suvarnabhumi Airport (BKK)

    3. Card member can use lounge facility at the maximum 2.5 hours / 1 time using excluding shower facility and/or any other extra services. Companion on the same flight can access lounge. For any such aforementioned service is required, card member is responsible for paying any charges in cash direct to THAI according to the policy and applicable charges of THAI. In case of flight irregularity/disruption may occur and card member already accessed lounge or the visit is recorded, card member cannot return to re-enter lounge.
    4. Admittance to lounge is subject to card member must comply with the above terms and condition upon THAI policy and regulation.

Worldwide Concierge Service 24 hours

    Concierge Service is a service which we will ensure that all of the requirements of the card members are provided professionally and personally with regardless of where the card members are in the world. Personal Assistant provides and arranges everything for card member. Please contact AEON PERSONAL ASSISTANT at 0-2205-7771.

    • Country and Major City Information – Personal Assistant will assist the card member by providing useful information on sight-seeing, exhibitions, festivals, entertainment and other tourist information such as Michelin star restaurants for major cities in Thailand and oversea.
    • Searching for information on any rare products around the world.
    • Dining Referral and Reservation Assistance - Personal Assistant will assist the card member by providing the name, address and telephone number of restaurants in Thailand and oversea. If requested by the card member and whenever possible, Personal Assistant will facilitate in making the reservation on behalf of the cardmember
    • Special Events and Performance Assistance - Personal Assistant will assist the card member, whenever possible, by providing information of special events and performance held in Thailand and oversea such as concerts, theaters, sports, stage plays, etc. If requested by the User and whenever possible, Personal Assistant will facilitate in making the reservation on behalf of the card member.
    • Flower and Gift Delivery Assistance - Personal Assistant will assist the card member by arranging for delivery of flowers or gifts to his or her family, or business associates or any other persons designated by the card member.
    • Golf Course and Hotel Referral and Reservation Assistance - Personal Assistant will assist the card member by providing the name, address and telephone number of hotels/Golf Courses in Thailand and oversea. If requested by the User and whenever possible, Personal Assistant will facilitate in making the reservation on behalf of the card member.
    • Airline Ticketing Referral and Reservation Assistance - Personal Assistant will assist the card member by providing information airline schedules as well as car rental. If requested by the card member and whenever possible, Personal Assistant will facilitate in making the reservation on behalf of the card member.
    Conditions
    1. Concierge Service will only provide a service to the card member
    2. Card member is responsible for the cost in paying for service or purchasing goods. This includes deposit money, transfer fee, cancellation fee, delivery/shipping including insurance cost, cost incurred in transferring funds to fulfill request, and any other costs.
    3. Personal Assistant will not be responsible for searching for any goods or services for commercial purpose, and prohibited under nation law or which contravene the universally accepted moral or ethical standard

Roadside Assistance Service

    The card members are entitled to receive roadside assistance for up to 2 times/year. Please call AEON PERSONAL ASSISTANCE at 0-2205-7771

    • Minor on-Site Roadside Repair Assistance
    In the event that the card member’s Vehicle breaks down anywhere outside card member’s Place of Residence and immediate minor repair such as changing of tires, boosting of battery, jump starting of Vehicle, is deemed possible, Roadside Assistance Service shall assist the card member by arranging for a car mechanic with suitable knowledge and experience to the card member site and pay for the mechanic charges incurred thereof.

    Minor On-Site Vehicle Repair Assistance will be limited at THB 1,500 per case.
    • Emergency Towing Assistance Service
    In the event the card member’s Vehicle experiences a mechanical breakdown (excluding vehicle being involved in an accident) and it becomes totally or partially immobilized while on the road, Roadside Assistance Service will assist and pay for the Vehicle to be towed to the nearest appropriate garage

    Emergency Towing Assistance shall be limited to a distance of up to 20 km from location of the Vehicle per case.
    • Emergency Gasoline Refill Service
    If a User’s Vehicle is immobilized while on the road due to lack of fuel, Roadside Assistance Service shall arrange and pay for the attendance of a gasoline refill service operator to the card member’s site.

    Emergency Gasoline Refill will be limited at 10 litres per case.
    • Continuation of Journey for Trips at least 100 km away from the card member’s Place of residence
    Should the card member’s Vehicle break down and is immobilized when travelling more than 100 km away from the card member’s Place of Residence, after the Vehicle has been towed to a repairer shop and requires repair longer than 24 hours, Roadside Assistance Service will arrange and pay for the User to continue to his/her intended destination, or back to the Place of Residence in the following manner:
    1. Arrangement for Rental Transport (Coverage up to 3 consecutive days for up to Baht 3,000 per day per event) or
    2. Arrangement of Hotel Accommodation Assistance (Coverage up to 3 consecutive days for up to Baht 3,000 per day per event) or
    3. Arrangement of Air Ticket/ Transport Ticket (Coverage up to 3 seats for up to Baht 3,000 per seat per event)
    Conditions

    1. Primary card member must be at the incident. Roadside Assistance Service covers up to 2 events per calendar year and covers the cost limited by The Company. The cost of charges and service excess shall be bound entirely and directly to the card member.

    2. Roadside Repair Assistance Service covers the cost up to 1,500 baht per event. Roadside Assistance Service shall not be responsible for the costs of spare parts and accessories such as tires, battery, which shall be the responsibility of the card member.

    3. Repair or towing service of immobilized vehicle must be arranged by Roadside Assistance Service, or the card member must be prior consent from towing vehicle by another party. Roadside Service Assistance is not responsible for the damages cause by towing and the card member cannot claim for the continuation of journey.

    4. When the card member requests an alternative vehicle or rental vehicle, the card member is required to meet the requirements of the rental vehicle company, and is required to comply with the terms and conditions provided by the rental vehicle company. Roadside Assistance Service is not responsible for the delivery or return of neither the rental vehicle, nor any accidental damage or mechanical breakdown on any rental vehicle arranged by Roadside Assistance Service

    5. The following treatment, items, conditions, activities and their related or consequential expenses are excluded :

    5.1. Any vehicular accident.
    5.2. Where the Vehicle has undergone unauthorized modifications (including without limitation any replacements, removals or additions) not in conformity to the manufacturer’s specifications or the Vehicle has been modified for racing, trials, or rallying or any vehicular accident or any claim for Service has arisen in respect of such races, trials, rallies or participation in such activities
    5.3. Where the Vehicle is carrying more passengers or towing a greater weight than that for which it was designed as stated in the manufacturers specifications or arising from or connection with the improper, unauthorized, reckless or negligent operation of the Vehicle or misuse of the Vehicle.
    5.4. Where the loss or damage directly or indirectly occasioned by or happening or in consequence of war, invasion, act of God, act of foreign enemies, hostilities whether war be declared or not, civil war, rebellion, insurrection, terrorism, military and usurped power, riot, or civil commotion or sabotage or any other events (whether falling into the same genus, species, class or category as the foregoing or not) beyond the control of the User or the person operating or having control of the Vehicle at the time of the vehicular accident.
    5.5. Where any person drives the Vehicle who does not hold a valid driving license issued by a government authority.
    5.6. Where the Vehicle is not in roadworthy condition at the commencement of the journey or the Vehicle has not been regularly serviced in accordance with the manufacturer’s instructions.
    5.7. For the cost of any breakdowns caused by the fitting of accessories to the Vehicle which are not genuine or are not from the original manufacturer or which are not approved by the manufacturer.
    5.8. Where the provision of Services outside Thailand.

    6. Roadside Assistance Service will not be responsible for any damage to or theft of objects and accessories, which are left in or outside the Vehicle

    7. Roadside Assistance Service will not be responsible for any costs in respect of any breakdowns resulting from or connected with the Vehicle manufacturer’s recall.

    8. Roadside Assistance Service will not be responsible for any damages incurred from the unstandardized garage and/or errors occurred after 14 days from the receiver of service

    1. Cardholder means the holder of a AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard®, issued by the Policyholder, with the card being valid and in good standing at the point of any claim.
    2. Spouse means a legally married insured spouse. and/or a person married in the policy schedule as an companion.

    Product Travel Accident
    Coverage Eligibility Any Oversea and Domestic trip in which the Insured’s travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and accommodation, are charge to their AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard®, Issued by the Policyholder.
      1. Domestic Trip:
    Any holiday or journey for business or pleasure made by you from your resident to a destination in Thailand at least 100 km. from your resident during the period of cover. The period of any domestic trip may not exceed 30 consecutive days, but may be not extended if you are unable to return to your resident due to an event that is covered under the policy. You will only be covered for a domestic trip in which your travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and a minimum of two (2) nights of per-booked accommodation, are charge to the AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard®, Issued by the Policyholder.
      1. Oversea Trip:
    Any holiday or journey for business or pleasure made by you from Thailand to an overseas destination during the period of cover. The period of any overseas trip may not exceed 60 consecutive days, but may be not extended if you are unable to return to Thailand due to an event that is covered under the policy. You will only be covered for an overseas trip in which your travel costs, including but not limited to airfare and accommodation, are charge to the AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard®, Issued by the Policyholder.
    Activation Call Not required. Coverage is automatic whatever you pay travel cost with AEON Royal Orchid Plus World Mastercard®.
    Geographical Coverage Domestic and Overseas countries except counties which specified as “excluded counties” in the schedule of the policy.
