AEON THAI MOBILE Application is official application deployed by AEON THANASINSAP (THAILAND) PCL. Customer who have AEON Credit Card / Member Card that issued in Thailand , customer can be accessed to a monthly billing / available limit information by register the application for the first time and the next time, you can log in with a 6-digits PIN code to access it.
AEON THAI MOBILE is free of charge to download and use all functions (Expect Internet fee charged by carriers)

Is the payment service provide by AEON company, customer can pay bill through AEON THAI MOBILE Application by deducted from your bank account. Payments are available online as soon as you make a payment and can be used limit immediately (This is as per Company's terms and conditions)
PAYNOW provides bill payment service by PromptPay as linked to the specified bank and can be used limit immediately after payment process completed.
*PAYNOW payment is available at 01.00 A.M. - 22.00 P.M. Daily
*PAYNOW payment during 21-22 every month, the payment amount will not updated online immediately.

1. Full amount (Pay in full for all amounts spent on your card in the past month's billing cycle. Including the outstanding balance of the previous month)

4. Pay off account (It is a payment for all account closing balances. Once the payment has been completed, there will be no outstanding balance)

Cardless service provides withdraw money without card, for Aeon customer who use credit card and digital
Your Cash via AEON THAI MOBILE Application, this menu is convenience to customers and protection
with Scan QR Code for cashing without card or pin number on transection withdraw money.
1. Log in AEON THAI MOBILE Application or Download Click http://m.aeon.co.th/AppSNS
2. Select Cardless Cashing / Cardless
3. Select card type and enter amount
4. Select PIN 6 digit
5. Choose QR Code for withdraw money on ATM via AEON application
6. Choose menu Cardless cash and select AEON on ATM
7. Scan QR Code at ATM and Select Cardless Cashing in application
8. Confirm and success transaction

The member can request new ATM PIN or change to ATM PIN 6 digits through AEON THAI MOBILE Application. Go to menu "My card" Select "Set ATM PIN" Set and Confirm PIN 6 digits. Input OTP to confirm. And receive notification to confirm transaction.

AEON Happy Plan is the program for convert credit purchase of product & service to an installment payment program. And this shall not include transactions of cash advances, transactions incurred from temporary credit limit, purpose loan facilities, penalty fees, interests and any fees charges.

What is Your Cash?
Your Cash is cash card and AEON Happy Pay installment payment
You can withdraw money at AEON ATM and bank's ATM as below;
Remark : For customer using plastic Big C Exclusive Card and AEON Rabbit Member Card
Yes, customer can apply more card (For Thai nationality)
If customer has credit card already and require to apply more Your Cash for more your convenient, Company separate the limit for Credit card and Your Cash.
Digital Your Cash A have Interest, service charge and other fee rate maximum is 22% per year.
Your Cash have Interest, service charge and other fee rate maximum is 25% per year.
Can not use Happy Pay
In case customer has AEON credit card or general customer can apply member card and digital Your Cash
via AEON THAI MOBILE Application and AEON branch to use Happy Pay.
If customer makes transaction via EDC machine, the system
will send SMS the result to customer's mobile.
If customer makes transaction by scan QR code via AEON THAI MOBILE Application,
the system will send a message to notification in application

The cancel of AEON Happy Pay transaction is divided 2 cases:
1. In case customer cancel transaction before settlement,
a merchant can cancel transaction via EDC machine.
2. In case customer cancel and return goods after settlement,
The merchant should submit cancelling documents to AEON company.
AEON company shall cancel the transaction and refund to customer
