AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) fraud has been found, the findings are as follows:
• Claims to be an AEON’s staff and ask for your credit card number/cash card number and OTP. There have been cases where fraudsters have managed to steal important account information of customers.
• Claims to be an AEON’s staff or government agency (e.g. police, postman) and trick customer to transfer money by threatening or offering benefits “Please be reminded not to disclose your One-time Password (OTP) from SMS or execute transaction according to fraudster’s request.”

Security Caution

1. DON’T SHARE YOUR OTP
   When you receive OTP to validate your registration, please don’t share to anyone.
   
2. THINK CAREFULLY BEFORE TRANSFER MONEY
   When someone request you to transfer money, think carefully before transferring. For example company does not have policy allow customer to transfer money to Aeon’s staff personal account
