    Terms & Conditions :

    1. Exclusively for all cardholders of AEON Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum, AEON Gold JCB, AEON Classic JCB, AEON J-Premier Platinum and AEON Club Thailand JCB issue by AEON Thana Sinsap (Thailand) Public Company Limited (“Company”) when accumulated spending pursuant to the conditions prescribed herein during June 1, 2023 – July 31, 2023 (61 days) only.
    2. Cardholder will get Package tour, Thai Airways ticket (Economy class) and accommodations in Japan or cash back as follows :
      2.1 Top 10 spenders who have highest accumulated spending via AEON Royal Orchid Plus JCB Platinum, AEON Gold JCB, AEON Classic JCB, AEON J-Premier Platinum and AEON Club Thailand JCB for 3,000,000 Baht and up at all merchants. Package tour, Thai Airways ticket (Economy class) and accommodations in Japan total 10 prizes (1 prize for 2 seats) value 200,000 Baht / prize (total value 2,000,000 Baht).
      2.2Top 11 – 50 spenders who have highest accumulated spending via AEON Royal Orchid PlusJCB Platinum, AEON Gold JCB, AEON Classic JCB, AEON J-Premier Platinum and AEON Club Thailand JCB d for 3,000,000 Baht and up at all merchants. Get Cash back 15,000 Baht. (Maximum Cash back 15,000 Baht / primary card account / campaign period)
      (Cardholder are eligible to receive only one of the above privileges according to 2.1 – 2.2)
    3. Cardholder must register for the campaign participation via (1) SMS by typing JCB@ followed by 16-digit credit card number (without space) and send to 4221475 through AIS, dtac, TrueMove H mobile network (3 Baht charge / time excluding VAT) or (2) AEON THAI MOBILE Application (Free of charge) or (3) www.aeon.co.th (Free of charge) within campaign period and receive the confirmation (1 time / primary card account / campaign period). Registered card account cannot deregister or transfer spending amount for joining other campaigns of Company. Please retain transaction documents and relevant evidences to prove your eligibility.
    4. Company will calculate the eligible amount from accumulated spending of registered credit card account. Spending on any merchant investment unit purchases/mutual funds (MCC Code 6211), foreign currency exchanges (MCC Code 6051, 4829), cash advance withdrawals, Interest, credit usage fee, penalty, fees and taxes as well as cancelled and refunded transaction shall be excluded when calculating the eligible amount.
    5. Prize value is market price as of May 2023, inclusive of airport taxes and fuel surcharges.
    6. Travel period is in December, 2023. Name of the top 10 spenders will be announced on September 30, 2023 at www.aeon.co.th and the notification letter along with trip detail will be sent to the top 10 spenders at the later stage.
    7. The company will pay 5% withholding tax on behalf of the customer. Prize cannot be changed or exchanged for cash or other services including not being able to assign or transfer rights to others.
    8. The company reserve the right of travel date, time, and programs as specified by the company. In the event that customer is unable to travel within the date and time and join the program as specified by the company, the company will consider it as a waiver and give prizes to the next top spender customer.
    9. Terms and conditions for using the ticket are as specified by Thai Airways.
    10. The company is not involved in providing services according to the Japan travel packages specified in this promotion. The company is not responsible for the quality or services arising from such awards If there is a problem with quality or service, customers must contact the service company directly.
    11. The company will give the cash back into primary card account within 120 days after the campaign expires. If the cash back has not been received or in case of incorrectness of cash back please inform the Company within 30 days after such period end. Otherwise, Company will be deemed that cardholder has correctly received cash back.
    12. The Company reserves the rights not to grant Air ticket or Bonus miles for the customer as follows:
      • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” (the measure for customer who affected by Coronavirus) in term of Payment Skipping and in term of Debt Restructuring with special interest rate 12%.
      • Customer who has enrolled “COVID-19 plan” after participating in this campaign.
    13. Participation in this campaign is reserved for active cardholders with payment history in good standing under the Company’s criteria throughout the campaign and up until the Package tour, Thai Airways ticket (Economy class) and accommodations in Japan or cash back receiving date. Package tour, Thai Airways ticket (Economy class) and accommodations in Japan or cash back will not be granted if (1) overpayment is made into cardholder’s credit card account; (2) cardholder uses credit card or loan for any purpose in contrary to the law, public order or good morals, for commercial purpose or for the business of cardholder, cardholder’s family, relatives or close acquaintances; (3) cardholder uses credit card or loan in the manner of not complying with the terms and conditions as prescribed by the Company or the terms and conditions of this campaign. The Company reserves the right to cancel the Package tour, Thai Airways ticket (Economy class) and accommodations in Japan or cash back if the cardholder is later found to be unqualified or ineligible.
    14. Company reserves the right for the cardholder who has good payment history without being default for payment on all of any credit card and/or member card with the Company from the commending date of campaign period until the accumulated spending calculation period.
    15. The Company reserves the right to amend any terms and conditions, methods and other rights hereunder by giving notice on www.aeon.co.th In case of dispute, the Company’s decision shall be final.
    16. Where these terms and conditions are in Thai and foreign languages, if there are any discrepancies or inconsistencies the Thai version shall prevail for interpretation.
